What happened: Identified by his family as Vicha Ratanapakdee, the elderly man can be seen walking alone in a neighborhood along Anza Vista and Fortuna Avenues at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, according to KTVU Fox 2.

  • Ratanapakdee is seen being slammed into the ground, his white hat flying off upon Watson’s impact.
  • Watson left Ratanapakdee lying on the sidewalk. An initial investigation later revealed that he left with a female associate.
