“Everything Everywhere All at Once,” the multiverse-hopping sci-fi adventure starring Michelle Yeoh, has surpassed the $100 million mark in global ticket sales.
The box office milestone is a first for indie film company A24, whose previous commercial successes include “Hereditary” ($80.2 million), “Lady Bird” ($79 million), “Moonlight” ($65.3 million) and “Uncut Gems” ($50 million).
A24’s mind-bending action thriller first hit theaters in March and became its highest-grossing film after reaching over $80 million in worldwide earnings.
More viewers flocked to cinemas when it was shown again on July 29. The special re-release featured extra content, including a new intro video and an outtake sequence.
Yeoh celebrated the milestone with a post on Instagram earlier this week, thanking viewers for the film’s success.

“Millions THANK YOU for supporting us and the cinemas,” the legendary star wrote.
As of this writing, “Everything Everywhere All at Once” has so far generated $68.9 million in the United States and another $31.1 million globally, registering a total of $100.2 million in global earnings.
The film also did well in the United Kingdom ($6.2 million), Canada ($5.1 million), Australia ($4.5 million), Russia ($2.4 million), Taiwan ($2.3 million), Mexico ($2 million), Hong Kong ($1.7 million), Germany ($1.5 million) and the Netherlands ($1.1 million), according to Variety.
The film’s star-studded cast includes Harry Shum Jr. (“Shadowhunters”), Stephanie Hsu (“Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”), Ke Huy Quan (“The Goonies”), James Hong (“Blade Runner”) and Jamie Lee Curtis (“Halloween”).
After the film reached its remarkable milestone, Curtis shared a photo of herself with Yeoh, attributing the success of the film to the veteran actor as well as the rest of the cast and crew.
